To mark the very first Montreal Design Week, Sophie Gailliot and Lucie Leroux of Laboratoire Textile have conceived an exhibition centered on the theme of color.
As we are both based at the Cité-des-Hospitalières, we wanted to transform the choir of the Chapel by bringing together artists whose work we admire.
For this exhibition, we invited Atelier b, Annie Legault, and Studio Minéral to join us from May 6 to 8, 2026.
This event is part of the official Design Week program, in partnership with the City of Montreal’s Design Office.
For this occasion, we are presenting new creations, specifically new leather vases, the result of our latest explorations. Alongside these are the stunning blown glass test tubes by glass artist Charlie Larouche Potvin.
